Beautiful Mid Century Modern sideboard. A beautiful state wooden piece to make a focal point in a living or dining room. Three drawers on top for plenty storage solution. The drawer on the right has cutlery divider and felt linen. The cupboards bellow has one shelf each and the middle cupboard has flip down door. It stands on tapered legs.
The top surface has received a coat of wood stain in teak shade to bring out the beautiful colour and grain of the wood. It has a few scratches and a watermark that doesn't show much, plus wear and tear from its age.
There are some stamps on the inside panel that shows a date and the initials RHF (see last picture). After some research on the internet I am still unsure about the makers of this lovely sideboard. But I have found out that could be Robert Heritage or Richard Hornby. Both were furniture designers from that period and made similar sideboards. But there is also a chance of neither of them.
Nonetheless this sideboard is still a lovely piece of furniture and it's in really great condition that will make a focal point in any room. Perfect for any mid century modern style home.
